LASER CUTTING
Bystronic Bysprint 6kw 4020 offers cutting speeds of up to 29m per minute. Mild steel, stainless, alloy, copper and brass can all be cut with near-perfect accuracy.

Popular material types below with gauge range;
Mild Steel – Up to and including 25mm thick
Stainless Steel – Up to and including 30mm thick
Alloy – Up to and including 30mm thick

MACHINING
Our in-house milling and turning facilities are capable of working to the tightest tolerances on anything from one off prototyping to batch quantities.

WELDING/FABRICATION
Our highly skilled and experienced welder/fabricators manufacture to exacting standards from engineering drawings.

FOLDING
Our 225t CNC press brake is capable of folding material up to 4m in length.

FINISHING
We have fully equipped in-house spray-painting facilities and can also offer plated, galvanised and powder-coated finishes to meet our customers’ specifications.
